Increased frequency and intensity of floods and droughts, unpredictable rainfall patterns…

Africa is one of the most vulnerable regions to impacts of climate change on the water cycle. This session is intended to promote scaling up adaptation to climate change projects in the basins of lakes, rivers and aquifers through initiatives such as “100 water and climate projects for Africa”
