In the Guardian: “There is a need for a grassroot movement”
Update 2015-10-01Heloise Chicou, deputy director of the French Water Partnership, contributed on September 17th on a debate organized by the Guardian on water & climate change. She argued that, in order to get water on the climate agenda, there were a strong need for a “grassroot movement”. She also recommended to secure funding for developping countries.
