Expertise acquired in international solidarity, I notably piloted the programming law relating to official development assistance and the fight against global inequalities published in August 2021, aimed in particular at:
- Increase official development assistance (ODA)
- Focus ODA on the most vulnerable countries and in priority sectors: health, environment and climate, equality between women and men, education, food security, water management, treatment of crises and weaknesses, access to human rights.
- Modernize ODA, by strengthening the evaluation of its effectiveness.
- Renovate the methods of action of the development policy, in the form of a renewed partnership with the countries co
