President of a drinking water protection and production syndicate RéSeau11 in the Aude department, regrouping 200 communes, President of a community of communes Piège, Lauragais, Malepère having the competence of water and sanitation, I am involved in this subject of water at the local level but also at the international level with decentralized cooperations in progress either with my community of communes or at the level of the departmental council of the Aude department of which I am a member. I am currently vice-president of the National Commission of Decentralized Cooperation.
