In a preliminary test phase through an ontology of the framework, developped wih Protégé 5.2.0, the project is detailed in a linguistics thesis to be presented in january 2019 at Bordeaux Montaigne university. The pursuit of the project on a pilot web bilingual portal will be envisaged in 2019 by the French Water Academy, after the constitution of a realisation consortium of public and private institutions and enterprises.
