How to bring the Human Right to Water in a national constitution

The session objective is to show how a project supported by an international NGO and strongly supported by a local civil society (from Mali) can bring the Right to Water and Sanitation to a Governement constitution. It will comeback to the several steps needed to constitutionalise a human right, and then to implement it. A representant from the civil society of Mali will explain the steps of the project, its strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. An excahnge with the audience will happen around this project.
