“Just Water Partnerships” for water security and economic development: Challenges and success factors.

This event at the World Water Forum will shine light on the need for and modalities of Just Water Partnerships (JWP) and their crucial role in unlocking financing for water security and development goals.

 

We will elaborate on what a Just Water Partnership is, how they may be built, and levers for success. We will examine several case studies to candidly reflect on challenges, opportunities for improvement, and success factors. We will also consider the different types of stakeholders / rightholders necessary for the success of such partnerships and discuss the role that each actor should play in implementing these partnerships.
